Brief profile
He is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Hroticulture, 2002 with an experience of teaching and research as Assistant Professor (Pomology) at the College of Horticulture and Forestry, Central Agricultural University, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh during 2002 – 2005 and subsequently as Assistant Professor (Post Harvest Technology) at the College of Horticulture and Forestry, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur during 2005 – 2008. Presently he is working as Programme Coordinator at the ICAR-CAZRI Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Pail.
He had been awarded various fellowships during B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. by ICAR, IARI and CSIR and also qualified ICAR NET in 1998. He has attended various training programmes, seminars and conferences at national and international level. His research papers have been published in various journals. Alongwith research papers he has also written many chapters in different books and also some popular articles.
He had been actively involved in sports, NCC and other extra curricular activities during his study. He also has good knowledge of handling computers and various software applications with a diploma in computer applications.
